(23/1/2009) 2nd Committee and Members meeting
Second meeting for bunkasai, so far most of the members are going back to their hometown because Chinese New Year draws near. Andrew, our chairman states a few matters that had to be done as soon as possible and he set a dateline for certain members to follow. Here were some photos taken during the meeting and after the meeting....
Today we tried countless customs costumes inclusing yokata and so on, kenshiu wear the so called "Security" outfit..... and he looks handsome!
It is informed that publicity will began its work on the 1st of February and the rules and regulations for Cosplay is also needed to be handed to the chairman as soon as possible.

Here is goes.....the meeting started at 2pm at North Wing and the meeting was being held as usual... but today was also a day that was rather special, its our Adviser's Birthday, Jeffery! Lets take a sneak peek into what's goin on...
It's Jeff's birthday! And we are having a surprise party for him during the Bunkasai meeting! ^^ We are glad that he is happy during the meeting!~
So whats Goin on during the meeting? Well, set rules!! t's fun to set what we do and whet we don't but It's hard to brainstorming....Cake blowing well what a fun time we had!!!!!!
